About this solution
Objectives
1. Simulate administrative and accounting processes
Students learn how to draw up and manage administrative and accounting documents (invoices, orders, financial statements) using professional management software. The aim is to foster an understanding of the sales and purchasing cycles in a simulated business context.
2. Run a simulated business at school
By organising a front-office area, badges, stamps and company materials, students carry out real activities such as customer management, internal communication and filing, developing operational awareness and a sense of their professional role.
3. Develop marketing and communication skills
Activities include designing promotional campaigns, producing multimedia content with Canva and dedicated software, and managing email marketing tools, preparing students for digital business communication.
4. Use digital tools for business management
Students learn to use CRM, accounting software, warehouse management and collaborative cloud tools, becoming familiar with the digital platforms currently used in the world of work.
Educational Aims
1. Link economic and legal theory to operational practice
The educational project lets students put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired in economics, law and marketing modules, strengthening their understanding of business processes through simulated exercises and case studies.
2. Promote teamwork and document management
Activities are structured to encourage cooperation, the orderly management of business documents and the division of roles within a simulated organisation, improving interpersonal and management skills.
3. Foster autonomy and decision-making skills
Students are guided in making decisions on prices, suppliers, customer management and content production, training their critical thinking and sense of responsibility in managing a simulated business.
4. Prepare students to enter real workplaces
The whole pathway is designed to offer students a learning experience close to professional reality, easing the transition from school to work through the use of authentic tools and realistic operational situations.
