About this solution

Objectives

1. Develop professional language communication

Students strengthen their foreign language skills (English and others) through digital exercises, oral and written simulations, educational platforms and multilingual listening activities, focusing on sector-specific vocabulary and business communication skills.

2. Simulate international business processes

Using CRM software, e-commerce simulators, digital marketing tools and export document templates (invoices, CMRs, letters of credit), students work in realistic environments that reproduce the cycle of business internationalisation.

3. Use digital tools to manage projects and content

The lab includes platforms for creating presentations, task management, collaborative cloud services and graphics packages for producing promotional content and simulated company materials.

4. Practise interaction in trade fair and negotiation settings

Students take part in role-plays of international negotiations, simulated trade fair stands and multilingual company presentations, strengthening their ability to negotiate, present and interact with foreign partners.

Learning Aims

1. Combine language and digital skills

The lab enables cross-curricular learning that combines language acquisition with the use of digital tools for communication, marketing and sales management in real or simulated scenarios.

2. Prepare students for export and global trade

By practising with real documentation, databases and simulation platforms, students become familiar with the language of internationalisation and with workflows in foreign markets.

3. Encourage the development of intercultural soft skills

Group simulations, shared projects and presentation activities promote collaboration, public speaking, active listening and awareness of cultural dynamics in the global economy.

4. Create an accessible and stimulating lab environment

The inclusive layout of the spaces, ergonomic furnishings and interactive equipment enable engaging learning suited to a range of educational and functional needs.
