Powerful network management Allied Telesis Autonomous Management Framework™ (AMF) automates many everyday tasks including configuration management, easing the workload of modern networks. The entire network can be managed as a single virtual device with powerful centralized features. Growing the network can be accomplished with plug-and-play simplicity, and network node recovery is fully zero-touch. AMF secure mode increases network security with management traffic encryption, authorization, and monitoring. AMF Guestnode allows third party devices, such as IP phones and security cameras, to be part of an AMF network. High-speed wireless The spread of high-speed wireless (802.11ac or “Wave2”) can be problematic for network infrastructure. Unless infrastructure is upgraded to cope with increased speeds, a bottleneck occurs which negatively impacts the effectiveness of the wireless network. However, increasing speeds from 1 Gigabit has traditionally meant moving to 10 Gigabit, which requires expensive new cabling.
