Description
La scheda combo seriale/parallela PCI Express 2S1P PEX2S1P553B con cavo di ripartizione combina la funzionalità delle schede parallele e seriali aggiungendo 2 porte seriali RS-232 e 1 porta parallela mediante un singolo slot PCI Express (PCIe).
Adatta alla maggior parte dei computer, la scheda presenta un design a basso profilo/mezza altezza e comprende una staffa ad altezza completa opzionale. Il cavo di ripartizione incluso utilizza un solo connettore sulla scheda per fornire 3 porte ed evita così collegamenti disordinati che possono verificarsi con porte fisse/statiche. Compatibile con una vasta gamma di sistemi operativi, tra cui DOS, Windows® 7/Server 2008 R2/Vista/XP/Server 2003/2000/98SE (32/64 bit), Linux e Mac OS X.
La scheda presenta inoltre un design a chip singolo nativo che offre velocità e affidabilità ottimizzate riducendo il carico della CPU del 48% rispetto alle schede convenzionali (chip ponte).
