Description
ATA staff training: €50.3 million
With Ministerial Decree no. 40 of 9 March 2026 and notice ref. no. 95498 of 24 April 2026, the Ministry is using the PN «Scuola e competenze» 2021-2027 (ESF+) to fund training for schools’ administrative, technical and auxiliary staff, with €50,300,000 shared among the hub schools.
Who benefits
The state schools designated as training hub schools by the Regional School Offices, throughout Italy. The participants are permanent and fixed-term ATA employees of schools in the area.
What can be funded
- digital skills;
- administrative and management skills;
- technical and operational skills;
- interpersonal and organisational skills.
30- or 60-hour modules for up to 20 participants, with an expert (€70 per hour) and a tutor (€30 per hour) present together and €5.10 per hour per participant for management.
Deadlines
- applications on SIF2127 closed at 15:00 on 15 May 2026;
- schools are advised to deliver at least 30% of modules by 31 December 2026;
- projects completed by 31 August 2027.
